Is a deposit required?
The published studio policy requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service fee for first-time appointments. Individual services also display deposit amounts. Review the exact terms shown for your chosen appointment before booking and ask Victoria about any difference.
What is the cancellation policy?
The published policy lists a 75% cancellation fee for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment. Confirm the latest policy directly on the booking page.
